To contact Sea Breeze Family Practice please call 252.727.4933.  We answer our phones between 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.  We work hard to answer the phones as the calls come in, however sometimes you will be asked to leave a voice mail.  If you do leave a voice mail  between the hours of 8:30 am until 5:30 pm then rest assured that every attempt will be made to get back in contact with you within 30 minutes.  If you try to contact us for an appointment or cannot wait for return phone call then please just walk in and we will do our best to take care of things for you immediately.
