Joseph Nutz, Jr.

Dr. Nutz is a native of Eastern Kentucky.  He, his wife Petra, and their two older children Steven and Jessie moved to the Morehead City area in 1995.  He formed Sea Breeze Family Practice in November 1998.  He and his wife were blessed with their third child, Eric, in August 2002.  His wife is a retired Veterinarian.  He has served as past Chief of Medicine at Carteret General Hospital in Morehead City, NC.  He currently is the Physician Advisor to 2 Home Health Agencies and the Carteret County School Systems.  His civic involvements include the Morehead City Noon Rotary Club and RBC Centura Bank Board of Directors.  He is a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Morehead City, NC.  His hobbies include fishing, gadgets & technology and activities with his children.
